Oceans of Slumber este o trupă americană de heavy metal din Houston, Texas, fondată în 2011.
Vocalista Cammie Gilbert s-a alăturat trupei în 2014, după ce fostul vocalist Ronnie Gates a părăsit trupa.
În 2015, trupa a semnat cu Century Media Records.

Despre cum au ajuns sa înregistreze acest cover, vocalista Oceans Of Slumber, Cammie Beverly a declarat: „Toboșarul Oceans Of Slumber, Dobber Beverly, m-a auzit cântând „Alone” într-o seară la karaoke și s-a gândit că ar fi cool să facem un cover. Ne-am întâlnit toți și am decis să facem versiunea noastră a melodiei. Versiune mai hard, mai metal, sprijinindu-ne pe soundul Oceans Of Slumber”, a continuat Cammie. „Până când am terminat de înregistrat melodia, am simțit că am transformat-o, dându-i o nouă energie, dar păstrându-i inima intactă”.
